The Enterprise Research Campus will be located adjacent to the new Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and across the street from Harvard Business School within the Allston community in Boston, Massachusetts, one of the leading life science clusters. In December 2019, Tishman Speyer and Breakthrough Properties were selected as the designated developer for the ERC. The design team includes multiple world-renowned architects and designers, including Studio Gang, Henning Larsen and Arrowstreet.

Breakthrough Properties is leading the design and development of Class A spaces for research and development, as well as a hotel, retail, restaurants, a conference center, and residential options on the master planned campus. The project includes more than two acres of publicly accessible open space and centers around a Project Greenway. With the ERC, Breakthrough is creating elevated user experiences for a live, work, play environment.
