Ms. Warne serves as Senior Vice President, Legal and oversees Breakthrough’s legal operations. Prior to joining Breakthrough, Ms. Warne practiced law in the commercial real estate group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Her clients included Breakthrough, Bellco, and Tishman Speyer, as well as investment banks, developers, REITs, debt funds, private equity firms, family offices, and other real estate investors. She has significant experience advising on joint ventures, mortgage and mezzanine financings, fund formations, and sale transactions across a variety of asset classes, including life science, office, multi-family, and hotels. Ms. Warne holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
