Mr. Oden serves as Vice President, Portfolio Management at Breakthrough Properties. Mr. Oden is responsible for portfolio management and fundraising for Breakthrough’s life science investment funds. Prior to joining Breakthrough, Peter worked at Jamestown Properties where he managed an over 1.0 million square foot portfolio of properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previously, he worked with Clarion Partners in New York focusing on acquisitions across the Northeast, the Midwest, and Texas. Mr. Oden holds a dual MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School, and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
